Club Mixed Foursomes 2011
It has been decided to Complete last years unfinished foursome Competition. There are three matches to play.

and
Domnhnall De Barra & Kim Mullins
 V
 Paddy Lane & Mag Moloney.
Winners of these two matches will compete in the Final.
It is up to the players to arrange their match time.

Saturday 14th April
Spring League
Last Saturday, our Ladies had the chance to play all day, tee times were open throughout the day to enter cards for the mixed Spring League. We had wonderful participation from our ladies for this fun event. All competitors must have a minimum of three cards in to count towards there team. Of course, players can hand in as many cards as they like. This fun event will continue next Saturday all day. Ladies can choose to play with whom ever they wish but cannot play with a team mate. Enjoy!

Challenge Cup, Rd 1.
The Challenge Cup is for Ladies who are beginners and have a handicap of 36 or are awaiting a handicap. It is a 12 hole Competition. It is designed for players who have never won a competition. This Competition is also ideal for older juniors and beginners. Members Only Competition. Tee Time at 9am for this Competition. Players must have signed in by 6pm Friday 13th April for Draw.
Saturday 21st April
Spring League
For our Ladies who cannot compete in the Challenge Cup, the Spring League will run throughout the day, as Last Week. Please Contact the Clubhouse with your preferred tee.

Monday 23rd April
Ladies 9 hole Scramble
9 Hole Scramble coming up this Monday. Draw for partners will be made at 7pm sharp. So please have signed in by 6.50pm.

Monday 2nd April 
Ladies 9 hole Scramble
Last Monday evening was another Beautiful Spring evening for our ladies. Its such fun and wonderfully peaceful to be out playing with our pals on these superb evenings. Our ladies played a scramble and here are the results : in second place with 29nett were Maggs O’Riordan Wall, Mary O’Donoghue and Mag Lane. Winners on the night with 28nett were Mag Moloney, Kim Mullins and Angela O’Rourke. Congratulations Ladies. Great play out there.
After the Competition, our ladies whilst enjoying the chat and many coffees enjoyed a special Premier of Captain Kim Mullins Video Message and it went down a storm! Well Done Kim, the boys up in RTE will be keeping an eye out for you im sure.

Fixtures :
Irish Mixed Foursomes 2012
Abbeyfeale Golf Club have been drawn to play against Kanturk Golf Club on Saturday, 16th June at Old Ballybunion Golf Course.
The teams will be mixed, consisting of 5 players on each side with 2 subs on each side.
There are no handicap restrictions or limits, so we invite everyone to please try out.
Trials for the Team will begin and be held up at the Golf Club on Tuesday 10th April at 7pm, where players will play in 2’s on the course.
There is a training programme in place for our teams and will begin on Tuesday 17th April with resident PGA Professional Liam Duggan. Players will also receive training from TPI Instructor, Kevin McMahon.

Spring League
Tee times will run throughout the day. If any competitor needs a partner to play with, simply contact Maggs at the clubhouse and everything will be arranged.
Monday 9th April
Ladies Scramble
 Draw for partners will be made at 7pm sharp. So please have signed in by 6.50pm.
